· Conduct parameter trial to benchmark network improvement. CSSR has stabalised to 98.3% since start of project and drop call rate is now at 2.0% on busy hour. Target aim is to reach 98.5% of CSSR and drop call rate of <2% over 3 months.

Orange UK 3G Prelaunch Optimisation Project Team Leader (UK North region)

Collaborative project with Orange planners to launch UK top 10 cities (1200 sites in UK North region) over 6 month period in UK

· Managing both Nokia planner and external contractors in customer premises

· During the 6 months period, knowledge & competence transfer to Orange planners was achieved and chaired workgroup to set up pre-launch processes into Orange’s existing guideline & in-house tools

· Verified final network prelaunch KPI and conduct technical negotiation on KPI achievement to facilitate extra KPI bonus payment from Orange.
