Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating project activities related to Enterprise systems integration, Enterprise reporting and BI Web Portals. Established vision, strategy and operational plan to effectively align and scale IT to aggressive Corporate Goals and Objectives. Included organizational design, recruitment and development of IT departments and personnel; Business Systems Analysis, System Architecture, Business Intelligence, Web Systems, IT Quality Assurance and Enterprise Project Management. Key current and completed projects include:

• Established strategy for and successfully managed the replatforming of 35 Distributed Applications from Citi environment to MetLife environment as part of MetLife's $11.6 Billion acquisition of Traveler's Insurance Life and Annuity Businesses.
