Other Notes
I have had extensive experience with data analysis, survey development and technology integration with tracking programs. I have had experience in the hiring process for several years, to include disciplinary action and managing project budgets. I have lead teams as small as 3 and as large as 8 direct reports and supervised the development/SDLC process for up to 3 remote developers and a full team of QA resources remotely. I enjoy working with motivated teams, working toward solid goals that are positioned to make an impact for the team and exceed the financial goals of the company.
