Supporting the home office and two remote offices. I support all the servers, desktops, laptops, networking equipment, Active Directory, printers, Blackberry Server and Balckberry devices, Anti-Virus, software and backups. I also perform all management responsibilities.

 Created new rules and policies for the domain.

 Fixed company email database crash.

 Replaced Primary Domain Controller and Email Server with new servers.

 Used Ghost extensively to ensure the machines always had a clean installation to keep tests valid.

 Documented and filed all the bugs in a database so the developers could fix the bugs in a timely matter.

Responsibilities included testing fiber channel hardware and software with SAN’s following a strict test plan. Various computer configurations were used in testing the products (servers, switches, hubs, tape drives and bridges).

 Increased product marketability by obtaining Microsoft certification through the WHQL program.

 Helped get our driver certified by Microsoft through the WHQL program.

 Reduced product support and increased customer satisfaction through product testing and debugging prior to product shipping.
