The Avaya PLDS provides customers, Business Partners, distributors and Avaya Associates with easy-to-use tools for managing asset entitlements and electronic delivery of software related licenses. Using PLDS, one can perform activities such as license activation, license de-activation, license re-host and software downloads. Installation software applications for different products are available as ISO files on PLDS. Always review the PLDS to determine if a service pack or release is available. JCI was planning to migrate their legacy applications to SAP based ERP application, hence wanted to build documentation on their data applications and assess the data quality. This required performing detailed source analysis along with data profiling, preparing data quality assessment reports and arriving at detailed cleansing strategy to fix the identified issues for 10 data domains.
Responsibilities:
• Worked on IBM Info Sphere (Data Stage and Information Analyzer) for Data Loading & Data Profiling tasks.
• Designed jobs in IBM Data Stage and IBM Information Analyzer to perform various data profiling activities (Data Completeness, Data Conformity, Data Consistency, Data Accuracy, Duplicate Data Analysis, and Data Integrity) which minimized the efforts in capturing the incorrect data.

E-Tendering Processing System
E-Tendering System is a software application developed on Java Platform as Application Server end and Oracle as data store at the back end with HTML used for designing web pages. It primarily focuses on the notification of tenders and evaluation of quotes online. The system replaces and overcomes the drawbacks of the existing manual tendering process which is labor intensive and time consuming. The E-Tendering processing system is currently functional at ECIL (Electronics Corporation of India Limited), a govt. of India Enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Designed entire application using Java on application server end, Oracle as database and HTML for web-designing.
• Used Eclipse IDE for coding in java, Dreamweaver for designing web pages, Oracle 9i as data store and Apache Tomcat as application server.
