Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, and review the work of staff responsible for providing maintenance, repair services and sales within the repair facility

Participate in the selection of staff, provide and coordinate staff training, work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures; prioritize incoming work, and instruct subordinates on work schedules; assign road calls to subordinates; determine proper schedule for maintenance and coordinate schedules with user departments
