I. Driving a radio car while patrolling designated areas to detect criminal activity, protect life and property, and preserve the peace.
A. Enforcing federal and state laws and local ordinances:
Pursuing suspects on foot or in a vehicle;
Subduing resisting suspects utilizing necessary force including firearms to maintain law and order and ensure personal and others' safety;
Detaining, arresting, booking, and transporting suspects;
Collecting, preserving, and recording evidence;
