Used to take theory classes on Linux, Operating systems, multimedia application and basics of information technology along with practicals. And was incharge of computers 2nd year.

- Worked as Technical support officer at Wipro BPO, New Delhi from 6th August 2007 to 1st november 2007. The main area of job was to provide trouble shooting on laptops and configuring wireless connections in USA.

- Worked as technical support officer in HCL BPO, Noida from 2nd jan 2008 to 31st may 2008. The main area of work was to configure wired and wireless connection in USA.
