Recommended design and architecture for the CA7S OSS upgrades and initiated production upgrades
including the migration to the MPLS core to provide secure monitor points for VoIP call processing. Firewalls were incorporated to protect the call processing information across the Network.
Introduced the CDR (Call Detail) OSS application for toll-free customers for access via the internet for ECDR, Fraud and MSP functionality
Corporate customers would access their confidential external call information via the internet into a DMZ protected by Sunscreen firewalls. Each customer could only access their own data through DB segmentation, user names & passwords.
Law Enforcement groups would setup with a totally separate access and firewalls.
