As a Butcher my job consisted of me being trained to execute certain cuts with specific orders for various vendors which varied from vendor to vendor. It was also necessary for me to understand and follow all health and safety regulations required in order to distribute product to vendors which minimize contamination. Within this role I would train new hires on the techniques imperative to be utilized in order to provide 100% customer satisfaction within both quality and quantity.
