Customer Service Parts - In charge of ordering and receiving parts into stock and customer’s orders. Processing warranty claims for household electronics: LCD/Plasma TV’s, stereos, DVD/VCR players, and kitchen appliances: ranges, refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and microwaves. Also, processes core charges back to vendors. Handle customer walk in for warranty, third party contracts, and COD claim orders. Processing back orders parts to ensure faster service for our Customers.

Customer Service Rep- Retrieve fire and or water damaged personal items from residential homes. Take
to local warehouse to inventory items by category. Transfer inventory items to main plant in Huntington Woods, MI to be processed and cleaned. Once processed and cleaned we return inventory items back to local warehouse, bar scan items to each to location, which is held in storage until delivery to home owner. Also, do follow up bar scanning in local warehouse when needed.

Dispatch- Answer inbound calls for service, accurately record service call information in computer system and dispatch the appropriate service engineer. Answer inbound emergency calls received from within elevator cab and or building. Following proper procedure of responding to emergency call to insure call is dispatch accurately and expeditiously.
