I was in the parts dept. for a RV manufacturer. I entered parts orders for our dealers and owners. I was on the phone all day with our customers, did research to find the part #s to use to order the parts needed, created orders on the phone and via fax, and checked on the status of orders. I started out this job as a receptionist for the parts dept. before being promoted to parts rep.
For the last several months of my job, I was assigned to just research the orders that were faxed in and was a personal parts rep for our largest dealership.
