Phase iii Clinical Trials of ISTA (Immune Stimulating Therapeutic Agent):

Role : SAS programmer

Description:

The objective of the study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the

study drug, which is anti-cancer drug to prevent cancer disease. The study

was open labeled, multicentric and compared with other anti-carcinogens. As

per client requirements by using specification and sap, we have accessed

the data, written coding created datasets and reports.

Responsibilities:

Prepared new Datasets from raw data files using Import Techniques and

modifying existing datasets using SET, MERGE, SORT, and FORMATS.

Cleaning of data using Data Step and SAS/BASE Procedures.

Assigned formats and labels to the variables in analysis data sets.

Generated tables, listings and graphs according to Protocol.

Have generated Demograph,safety and efficacy tables.

Provide data support, by pulling data from different data warehouses

through SAS for the Management team.
