Responsible for shipment of S2 MRD and S2B Build based on time line.

Helped in saving money for re-using regrind material for Polypropylene material to 30 to 40% and also helped in using colorant from 5% to 2%. Saved @ $ 120,000//year.

Reducing molding scrap for defects like short shot, broken tabs etc. Saved @ $ 20,000/-for the company.

Did the line balancing for the molding incoming and inspection to reduce the manpower from 2 operators to 1 operator. Saved @ $ 50,000/- per shift. For 3 shift @ $150000/-

Using re-grinding material for compression molding presses for Chrysler(closure) program , adding 10% regrind material with the master batch .Saved @ $20,000/-per program
