• Handling tickets assigned to our queue and providing resolution within the agreed SLA
• Providing on-call support in case of batch failures
• Supervising tickets handled by team members to ensure that these are fixed within the SLA and

Scope - This project was on Financial Services dealing with Mutual funds. Along with Fujitsu Consulting, Canada, Zensar is engaged in this project for support and maintenance aspects. Merrill Lynch has many clients all over the world handling a variety of applications. Two of the major applications, which form the heart of the Mutual fund processing namely CORE and REPORTING, are handled by the Company and supported by Fujitsu Consulting, Canada. The different stages of Mutual funds processing are covered right from its inception to the redemption of the funds.

• Analyzing, designing and testing of various programs, which were used in generating the necessary output.
• Documenting all the details pertaining to analysis, design and tests carried out.
• Providing support to the calls on job errors, which includes providing detailed resolution to fix the errors of the similar kind in near future.
Special Achievements
• There was a complicated project on ROA exchanges (Rights of Accumulation), which had a very tough deadline. The requirements were not frozen till the last moment, however due to hard work, dedication and a timely response major delay in delivery was avoided, and millions of dollars of the client were saved.
