PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

ABC Educate Me – Executive Director 2006-Present

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the company and overall development and implementation of tutorial systems in Texas.

• Supervise professional, and support staff. Manage program operations including overseeing fund development, staff development, fiscal/grants management and fund raising events. Obtained several contracts funded outside the NCLB Act.

• Recruit, hire and train coordinators and volunteers to provide services to low-income families in Math, English and Phonics in the states of California and Texas. Manage 60+ staff employees fostering strong teamwork.

• Develop student training materials and assessment tests, as well as arrange and implement training sessions for teachers and administrators on Eduss software and computer functions.

• Responsibilities include the planning, implementation and coordination of all aspects of service.
