DBA Amphion, 2004 to 2010. Oversaw accounting

and financial reporting to management.

Prepared monthly and year-end financials. Led

accounting, scheduling and analysis, bank and

GA reconciliation, credit and collections and

all other financial-related activities.

Managed up to eight staff for this $9M safe

manufacturer/installer and facilities

maintenance firm.

Controller, K Metal Products, 2003 to 2004.

Contracted to manage general accounting for

this $12M displays and store fixtures

manufacturer. Oversaw staff of three

employees.

Controller, Mesa Industries, Inc, 1992 to

2003. Led accounting and financial reporting

for this $10M construction equipment

manufacturer. Directed all financial

activities. Developed budgets and assisted in

planning asset acquisitions. Managed insurance

agreements, including general liability,

property and workers compensation. Supervised

all employee benefits, overseeing staff of

eight.
