Job Description: Microstrategy and Webfocus is a business intelligence tool used to develop, generate and test reports. I was responsible for automating admin and reporting tasks of all the application servers involved.

Job Description COLD (Concurrent output over laser disk) is a tool for indexing, archiving and storing reports based on their business meaning. I was involved in server management and user management of COLD. Here is a brief description of my job profile:
