I have experience supervising and coordinating the work of cooks and other employees who are part of the food prep and cooking team. I’ve been acknowledged for my work and for my talent with menu planning and execution.

I had worked with Fortina Spa Resort and Hotel Malta Europe as Japanese Head Chef for 4 years and 5 months. I resign from Fortina Hotel due to pursue my career as Sushi Chef at InterContinental Malta Europe for 2 years and 5 month. The last I worked as Japanese Chef at Movenpick Hotel and Resort Tunisia.

I am 42 years old, single, enthusiasm and energetic person. I have pleasant outgoing personality.
