Project Title: Prime CRM

Role Played: Business Analyst /Subject Matter Expert

Project Description: Prime is an IT servicers company offering services across Application development, Quality Assurance / Testing and Business Process Management areas. The application would act as a CRM for the inside sales and Sales team to manage their interactions with Prospects / Clients. It also enables the real time dashboards, reporting and analytics to monitor personalized Key Performance Indicators and get access to the latest reports as part of their everyday activities.

Gathered requirements and prepared business requirement documents (BRD).

Used Rational Rose for creating use cases, workflows and sequence diagrams according to UML methodology thus defining the Data Process Models.

Project V

Role Played: Assistant Manager Client Services

Responsibilities:

Track the performance of Key Accounts by working with Program and Project Managers in identifying the key performance indicators

Present Senior management and client the status of the project at regular intervals

Create templates for timesheets, project status presentations etc

Create and maintain client data dictionaries, perform data quality checks on client deliverables, and chart/graph data as requested.
