• Provide support for battalion communications field training and operations in 3 different job
fields, ensuring technical support for over 500 users, 6 office locations, and 50 military vehicles.
• Perform maintenance on communications equipment. Test components to isolate malfunctions.
Replace defective components. Operate and perform maintenance on radio and satellite
equipment for communication capabilities with military vehicles, Operation Centers, and remote
operations. Install, replace, and repair antenna equipment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network / system problems.
• Setup radio and telecommunication equipment for use, ensuring proper installation of cables,
operating systems, and appropriate software.
