Managed and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, public and recreational areas, all building systems, and maintenance service contracts. Schedule and developed safety trainings for department employees.

In charge of the daily operation of facilities and utilities maintenance of a 180k ft^2 building.
– In charge of the facilities and utilities maintenance.
– Handling and manage the capitals projects.
