The O&M Division has been making profits from the first year and all the existing contracts were renewed with increased price.

To design and implement orientation program for new recruits.

Fully responsible for the overall operations and maintenance of the equipment including Substation, Pump house and Utilities which support the car production, Tractor production, excavator production, Modern building complexes and Pharmaceutical industries.

Prepare a comprehensive maintenance schedule by incorporating the OEM recommendations and the trend of failures

Calculation of Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

To build up a maintenance team by following the best maintenance practices like motivation, identification of training needs and multiskilling.

Effective Utilization of resources likes manpower, material and time for a most cost-effective solution.

Recommend and follow-up on spares required avoiding crisis.

Monitor on the Re-order level of spares

Conduct in-house training programs for all levels in the maintenance and monitoring the skill level though periodic evaluation.

Follow up with the OEM on warranty issues.

Encourage continuous improvement through Natural Work groups thereby developing team work within the maintenance team

Recommend management on the performance of equipment for the purpose of buying new equipment.

Customer satisfaction though high level of cleaning standards on the equipment.

Maintenance of records for the purpose of analysis on maintenance and monitoring the equipment performance.

Participate and provide solutions in maintenance during meetings and customer interface.

Carry out recruitment on maintenance person at all level in the company

Implementation of maintenance system at different sites which fall in the scope of Haden.

Preparation of Quality systems, which includes standard operating procedures, checklists, schedule and visual aids.

To carry out breakdown analysis, condition monitoring and calibration on a continuous process to preserve the overall condition of the equipment in the plant.
