Tribute Golf course Sidewalk
Mr. Bedoya was to oversee the repair and addition of new sidewalk construction for the tribute golf course and residential community in The Colony, Texas. JLR Development was contracted through Mathews Southwest the Developers of the community. The SOW consisted of documenting demo, forming and pouring 4’x4’x4” with number 3 rebar sidewalks throughout the golf course community approximately 10,000 yards.
Garland Library Renovation - Garland, Texas
Mr. Bedoya and his team were contracted through CD Electric as Second tier sub-contractor to perform Hubbell telecom infrastructure cabling. The SOW consisted of documenting and installing 644 voice and data drops 25,000’ of cable, erect and punch down panels, install Panduit cable managers, and provide certification testing with fluke dtx 1800.
AT&T Mobility Cell Tower 4g capability Audits and modernization– Gulf Coast Region (Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama)
Mr. Bedoya and his team were contracted through MASTEC/WGI as third tier sub-contractor to perform Cell Tower 4g capabilities audits for over 1600 cell sites. The SOW consisted of documenting and photographing all equipment and dimensions on site, creating scope of work for modernization of cell tower site and enclosures throughout the gulf Coast Region.
PVP Building Systems – Denton Texas
Mr. Bedoya’s main responsibilities were to Provide Special Inspection as the Spray Applied Fireproofing Inspector on site. While on site VCG performed density Testing, Bonding Testing and sample Testing of Applied SFRM. Other responsibilities include development of new business, contracting, Contract Administration.

The scope of this project is to modernize and repair all Gas lines in the street and at the demarcation of the resident’s homes which are in violation of San Diego Gas & Electric’s Codes and Industry Standards and I also perform Safety Inspection for Contractors installation procedures and for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) methods used.

Luis Bedoya was the Project Inspector for this 15 million dollar Project. The scope of this project was to inspect and assist the stakeholders as owners agent, the scope of work done was to resurfacing the runway 9-27 and taxiway B at Lindberg Field, San Diego Airport.

Luis Bedoya was the Project Inspector for this 15 million dollar Project. The scope of this project was to inspect and assist the Superintendent supervise the contractors new and previously installed units completed within the past 5 years, which were neither in compliance with Applicable Building codes nor Industry standards.

Luis Bedoya was contracted to assist with Supervision and Inspection for this $15 million dollar Project. The scope of the project is to install and tie into all public works feeding Military housing Community in order to erect 3 new community Centers for San Diego Military Family Housing locations.
SDSU TIP SDSU University Campus San Diego, Ca.
Luis Bedoya was contracted to assist with Supervision and Inspection for this $15 million dollar Project. The scope of the Telecom , wireless & Infrastructure Project was to inspect and supervise all modernizing of all Telecommunications and renovating all older structures and putting them in compliance with the new codes and standards and construction of 21 new Man-Holes and Cell sites and enclosures. I also supervised the Modernization and renovations to rooms, additions, and alteration to ceilings, building structures and renovation to historical buildings on campus. Build out of IDF’s and MDF’s were also done.

Luis Bedoya was contracted to assist with Supervision and Inspection for this Project. The scope of this project was to Inspect and Supervise the modernization and repairs of all Gas main lines and laterals to the demarcation of the resident’s homes which were in violation of SDG&E’s Codes and Standards.
SDSU HEALTH SERVICES SDSU Campus San Diego, Ca.
Luis Bedoya was an assistant for this 5 story $45 million dollar Type 1 Construction Project. Project was new construction and was Steel Framing I also assisted with Magnetic Particle testing, Ultrasonic testing, Concrete Field testing and Inspection of the Telecommunication, and Fire Alarm Wiring for project.
SDSU BIO-SCIENCE SDSU Campus San Diego, Ca.
Luis Bedoya was contracted to assist with Supervision and Inspection he also performed Special Inspections for SFRM Proofing and Acoustical Inspection for this 6 story $79 million project. The scope of this Project is to erect a six story Facility for the BIO-Science Dept.
VISTA HIGH SCHOOL Vista, CA.
Luis Bedoya was the assistant DSA Inspector’s on this program I assisted by performing, Concrete, Electrical, Wood and steel framing, Low Voltage, Acoustical Ceiling and Fire Proofing Inspection for this $18 million project. The scope for this project is to modernize the entire Campus.
AMBASSADOR CHURCH Oceanside, CA.
Luis Bedoya was an Inspector for the steel Welding of this $20 million project, the scope of the project was to re-evaluate and inspect for litigation purpose the structural work that was in violation of the of Contract document and Industry standards.

Luis Bedoya was the Site Foreman supervising 8 crew members for a $39 million dollar 12 story Naval Bachelors Enlisted Quarters Project. The scope of the project was to install new CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, Voice, Data, CATV, and Intrusion Alarm Systems.

Luis Bedoya was the Foreman Technician and performed all the Quality Assurance, Inspections and repairs of all Voice, Data, paging Systems and CCTV equipment that were installed on this $2 million project.
MIRA MESA HIGH SCHOOL San Diego, Ca.
Luis Bedoya was a Foreman Fiber Optic Technician for a $15 million modernization project. The scope of the modernization was to modernize all the telecom wiring of Mira Mesa Football Field and Relocate able buildings on the School Campus Fiber Optic Cabling.
