Project: The Hotel & Residence at La Live, Los Angeles, CA

Project Schedule Engineer, Cost Control:

Manages all scheduling for a $700 million construction project that includes a 54-floor Hotel & Residence (224 Condominums) with a 3 level underground parking garage, a 5-story conference center, and an adjoining 14 screen Regal Cinema Complex. Developed master project schedule using P5 and P6 Primavera software for the structure, which has over eight thousand activities. Prepares monthly schedule updates for all three structures. Created a cost control system using Primavera Expedition. Reviews all proposed change orders and backup materials. Generates the Fixtures, Furniture, and Equipments (FF&E) schedule with the Project Executive to coordinate the interior finishing process. Served as Owner’s Representative at change order review meetings, and directed the structural steel weekly status meetings.
