● Responsible for warehouse containing over 10,000 units in support of over 300 personnel.

● Manage over 30 reserve personnel and ensure monthly training and career path developments are being followed.

● Acts as liaison during organizational meetings with other sections to ensure warehousing operations can meet organizational demands.

Inventory and shipment 2004-2008

• Responsible for receiving and inspecting all assets delivered to organization and ensuring every unit was properly logged into main inventory control system.

• Shipped mission critical assets nationally and internationally in a highly effective manner by ensuring proper shipping and packaging regulations were being followed.

• Conducted routine, quarterly and annual inspections of 4.2 million dollars of assets to ensure proper accountability of inventoried items was maintained.

• Ensured organizational safety codes were maintained and warehouse sanitation standards were being followed.

• Trained over 20 junior employees in forklift operations, inventory control systems and knowledge of organizational regulations.

• Passed all organizational inventory inspections with a 100% accountability rating.

• Effectively managed junior employees operating in a highly stressful environment without any work related injuries occurring.

• Received an armed forces service medal for the assistance provided to victims of Hurricane Katrina.
