Temporary employee for Innovative Office Products/ MANPOWER.

Worked as a temp. for Innovative Office Products, in their warehouse. I had normal warehouse duties like stacking pallets, memorizing box labels, and inspecting and scanning boxes. It was essentially an assembly position. I would do the task given to me for my station in order for the part to be moved on to the next one. I worked in 3 different departments for almost 4 months. I was told that I worked very fast in my departments, as well as safe and in a way that was safe to not damage the parts. Innovative Office Products makes Computer Arms which are screwed onto a desk or table that hold the computer in an elevated position, it is adjustable and able to hold very heavy computer screens, sometimes up to 4 at a time.

Worked as a temp. in the shipping department which required me to stack boxes in trucks and pallets, also was put in the sorting department, where I had to scan a tote full of items with a scanning gun, then carry it to a cart which would be located somewhere on the floor, then scan all the totes when the cart was full to close out the cart so it could go to the next department of the warehouse.
