Qualifications
I have over 11 years in the painting industry with skills in drywall and carpentry as well. I worked manually in the field learning how to paint, repair drywall, power wash, and minor carpentry. Then after about four years I was a supervisor in charge of scheduling, material take offs and delivery, and customer service. After three years in that roll I took on more tasks including sales, estimates, and budgeting. The past two years I have owned my own company and have to do all aspects of the job from touch up painting, estimates, sales, client relations, clerical duties and job supervision.
I am a hard, loyal, dependable worker who would serve any painting company well in any role. I also speak Spanish as a second language, which I find a great asset in the field.

Trey Balch & Company Painting & Your Painter Inc. 1997-present This is the family business which I took over in 2007. We specialized in new residential construction, but have done numerous repaints, commercial property, and rental property. Our biggest client is The Fred Smith Company in Clayton, NC. We have painted their homes, businesses, and rental property in Riverwood (Clayton, NC), Lion’s Gate (Clayton, NC), Hedingham (Raleigh, NC), and Mingo Creek (Knightdale, NC).

I worked as a grounds keeper for Hedingham Golf Course for two years. I did many tasks including but not limited to:
Grass cutting, fertilization, upkeep of equipment, and any other tasks related to the care of the golf course facility and grounds.
