Brought in and charged with helping to establish a manufacturing-assembly site from virtually ground zero for this manufacturer of stand-alone, consumer oriented, complete photography booths. Ordered and supervised the installation of new equipment and closely involved in equipment design and utilization.

Trained and managed 5 employees; was directly involved in technical writing, shipping / receiving, technical support, purchasing, forecasting, tracking, and supplier validation.

Played integral role in sales, marketing, customer service, contract negotiations and trade shows.

• Reduced BOM overall product cost by 30%; met all manufacturing deadlines.

• Training: Wrote and implemented ESD program that became standard for hiring and training; saved company millions of dollars in component destruction. Trained and audited personnel and manufacturing facility for Safety and Clean Room procedures and infractions.

• Inter-Plant Relations: Was instrumental in facilitating cooperation between two sister plants.

• Product Tracking: created databases tracking non-conforming product lines while implementing a return, tracking and refund processes- recovered $5million per year.

• New Product Introductions: worked closely with engineers to introduce new products, developed test processes and did troubleshooting of test equipment.
