TQM Senior Engineer 2004- 2010 TQM Engineer and Process Owner of robotic assisted Guillotine. Responsible for machine installation and startup including complete documentation of the process, detailing required competencies and training of the operators. Coordinated process improvements and responsible for identifying root causes of downtime and facilitating repairs to improve uptime.

Tracked customer complaints for converting and packaging issues and through use of Pareto analysis and DMAIC process, led teams to reduce the incident rates. Coordinated projects, approved local sourcing and implemented company world wide standards for internal transport, packaging, and shipping final product.

Product Applications Manager 1995- 2004 for the Color Proofing business and liaison for overall product quality and customer support with European headquarters. Technical Training Manager 1991- 1995 Managed the Technical Training program, for field Tech Reps in proofing and plate products. Reduced complaints and time spent in field for service reps. Created new curriculum for troubleshooting, SPC and Process Control, and Sales Training. Setup and managed new Telephone support group responsible for troubleshooting directly with customers. Managed demo studio and dealer training.

Product Applications Supervisor 1989- 1991 Supervised the color applications group (7 scientists and technicians) in the research division. Managed lab for internal testing and field support of dot gain, color standards, and product latitude. Created troubleshooting guidelines for field reps and customers.

Quality Control Manager responsible for purchase and approval of color separations and proofs, customer OK's on press, and lithographic troubleshooting. Wrote SOPs and improved workflow.
