PeopleSoft System Analyst

• Implement Global Policy and Procedure for the ongoing maintenance of Lehman HRMS 8.8 application. This involved understanding of Business requirement, Designing of Data Models, creation of Data flow maps, Development of the panels and Configuration of Security

• Provide a workflow tool which facilitates different approval processes of HRIS like Hire, Rehire, Promotion, Pay Rate Change, Termination, etc. This has been achieved by designing a flexible Workflow meta table and by integrating this application with third party Tibco workflow tool using Java and PeopleCode

• Set up and maintained interfaces between PeopleSoft Benefits module and legacy benefit system.

• Applied Patches and Bundles to PeopleSoft Development environment using Change assistant and Data Mover scripts
