Role:

Very good experience as Design Engineer in AutoCAD & Pro-E in H & D industries.

Design and drawing of base, pillar, ring bracket, palate base, punch holding plate, guide bracket, top body, pressing cylinder and pillar nut of Hydraulic press in AutoCAD & Pro-E.

Design and drawing of high compression hydraulic press, vibro press and rotary hydraulic press.

Design and drawing of cylindrical assembly, mould assembly and punch assembly required for manufacturing of different hydraulic machines.

Drawing of paver moulds of different sizes in AutoCAD.

Since Jul’06 to May’07 with M/S S.D. Industries, Kolhapur as Production Supervisor

The M/S S.D. Industries is manufacturer of Print Wall, Side Brackets, Bearing Housings, Packing Machine, and molding base plate with base frame

I Have experience of operating milling and boring machines.

Have experience in manufacturing of base plates by the procedure of fabrication. These base plates are used to mount pump motors of Kirloskar Brothers Ltd.

I have gained knowledge of drawing, marking, cutting, welding, matching, inspection, drilling, paint, dispatch of KBL base plate.

Responsible for preparing in-process and inspection report of the above products before dispatch.
