• Provide on-site and remote support to small business in western suburbs and home based businesses

• Install new OS for Desktops and Servers. Install new application SW; map drives etc.

• Configure networking based on TCP/IP. DHCP/Static. Configure local and network printer. Download, Install and update drivers.

• Setup new offices for networking. Cabling RJ45 and RJ11 jacks and patch panels.

• Configure wireless and wired routers and switches. Setup UPS, Smart Boards & Projectors, Phones, External Network and USB Drives. Setup new mobile phones for corporate email.

• Clean viruses; format HD and restore images.

• Create new window VM host machines.

• Create new users in AD and exchange. Create shares, manage permissions.

• Use Terminal Service and TeamViewer for troubleshooting and support.

• Maintain and manage all the tickets using Track-IT system, escalation and closing of tickets and develop knowledge base.

• Trouble shoots hardware issues and minor repair of printers, servers and desktops.

• After service phone call support to end users.
