Sr. R&D Engineering Technician

• Member of Research and Development Team.

• Responsible for assisting Engineers in the professional mechanical engineering research, development, prototype, modification, and evaluation in support of Lam’s complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems, and their mechanical components.

• Worked on various new etch equipment such as 2300 Exelan HPT &2300 Exelan Flex Dielectric Etch, TCP 9400DSiE Deep Silicon Etch, 2300 Versys Kiyo Conductor Etch and the 2300 VI – Probe Test and Calibration System. Also Build and test RF VI- Probe and RF TCCT Match.

• Traveled to national and international customer sites to perform technical installation and support of semiconductor equipment such as HTC, FX30, and Ultra Equipment used to clean FOUP.
