. Train new employee on different kinds of company extruder.

. Setup extruder lines for new orders.

. Setup complex orders that can not be setup by operators.

. Reset chiller went kick out.

. Trouble shooting, programming blend, resetting winder, resetting downstream, working on extruder die and the processing system.

. Types of extruder: Welax, palletized, CNC Machines, thermoformed, singer crew extruder, double crew extruder.

. Types of materials: Plastic molding, C-Pet, PI-Black, PC-Clean, PI-Clean, BAB, PP, etc.

. Types of chemical: Silicone

. Quality Control: making show that the plastic don’t have wrinkled, bubbles, splits, street mark and ECT.

Skills: Drive forklift, very good in using my hands. I’m proficient in internet explorer and Microsoft office.
