Coordinate and oversee all phases of large commercial projects
consisting of new construction as well as building restoration. My
daily tasks involve coordinating trade schedules, scheduling of all
Emerald hourly employees to and for existing construction projects as
well as purchasing and billing. I draft, execute and perform change
orders to existing contracts during construction process. Daily, I

Coordinate and oversaw all stages of building restoration and retrofit
projects including estimating, bidding, cost analysis, hiring of
subcontractors, coordinating trade schedules, hiring and training
employees, purchasing and billing. Most projects consisted of
time-sensitive commercial fit-ups dictated by tenants’ needs and
deadlines. I employed problem-solving skills on a daily basis in an

Construction & Development Corporation
Coordinated and oversaw multi-million dollar building restoration and
new construction projects during all stages, worked with all phases of
design team drawing reviews, cost engineering, construction
subcontractors, and project close-out. I have extensive experience
with multi-family, AIA documentation, MEP codes, problem-solving
before and during construction, as well as hiring and training
employees. I built great relationships with local code officials,
architects, engineers, project owners and subcontractors.

Responsible for all aspects of running a successful electrical
contracting business including running a service truck and
troubleshooting on commercial and residential jobs, estimating and

on electrical theory and National Electric Code combined with
