• Project Manager, Government Construction Inspector
Represent U.S. Government interests in the construction of the USDA ERRC ARS Laboratories renovation and modernization project. Limited term contract.
• Established procedures for construction of and directed Government interests in the complete demolition and new construction of laboratories and at the USDA-Eastern Regional Research Center, Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania. The project consists of 30,000 SF of laboratories and offices spread over 4 floors, installation of new cooling towers, chiller and boiler.

Managed large and small scale projects ranging from 135,000SF to as small as 500SF, with teams of up to seven people from project inception to post construction phases. Created construction budgets and staffing fee budgets, detailed architectural submission and construction schedules.
• Taught and mentored younger architects about the procedures during Construction Administration. Kept all of the projects under my jurisdiction on time, under budget and those that were “inherited” brought those back to being in the black and re-established a workable schedule of completion both with the staff and with the construction team.
