New York & Company Webster NY, total build out of 6,000sf retail space. Working in occupied area in the hometown of the New York & Co. executive management. Open shop project. $250,000 construction costs

Barnes & Noble, Racine, Wisconsin: Battle Creek, Michigan, and Royal Oak, Michigan, Highland Village TX, interior build out’s with the average project size of 27,000 square feet and $900,000 construction costs, Open shop projects.

Barnes & Noble, Joliet Illinois, a 32,000sf store from building pad, union project with on time completion date

Barnes & Noble, Syracuse, NY, 6,500sf remodel store in occupied area of regional enclosed mall, $150,000 construction cost

Soma Intimates & Chico, Canoga Park, Los Angeles, CA, 10,000sf demolition and total build out of women’s apparel retail space. Working on 2nd level of Westfield’s Topanga Plaza in occupied area during mall renovation. Total construction costs $450,000

Express Fashion, Sacramento, CA, demolition and build out of 9,000sf of retail space on the 3rd floor of Westfield’s Downtown Plaza Shopping Center. Open shop project in occupied area. $450,000 project costs

New York & Company Richmond, VA – 8,000sf demolition and new store bid out. Open shop project in occupied area. $350,000 construction cost

City of Rochester Hills Fire Station, Rochester Hills, Michigan, a 1,500sf expansion and 2,000 square foot remodel of existing facility. Project included the remodeling of the central emergency dispatch center and required the coordination of communication line to maintain 911-response call center at all times during the project. Completed on time.

Hemlock Park Comfort Station, City of Dearborn, a $300,000 construction project for the demolition of existing structures and new construction of 1,000sf of rest rooms. Completed project on schedule
