Responsible for training and developing two new apprentices. Training included welding, tube bending and wire forming. Equipment Maintenance/Prototype Developer Universal Display Co. Mar 1989- Mar 2000
Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of company machinery. Assisted in the rewiring of electrical runs for newly installed machinery. Installed water lines, gas lines and compressed air lines to facilitate operations on the production floor. Given the title of prototype developer after successfully improving and reinstating a series of products that had been obsolete after failing quality standards.
