• Led supply chain efforts to integrate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures into SAP and other systems. Included were the acquisition of Mcwhorter, Lawter, Hercules, ABCO and Sokolov. Participated in due diligence reviews and led North America and Europe site visits for business process and manufacturing process documentation. Worked closely with Information Technology to ensure project goals were achieved and timelines kept. This effort saved 10MM per year in maintaining five different computer systems and the costs associated with the consolidation of quarterly financials.
• Traveled globally to train supply chain personnel in PP and MM modules of SAP. This insured seamless startups with few issues on day one of the cut-over from the legacy systems to new corporate systems.
