NATURE OF WORK:

 Supervise site mobilization and demobilization for each and every activity.

 Preparing work breakdown structures and document subcontractor packages including estimates of man hours and cost.

 Oversee and administer foremen’s daily report to ensure direct labor efficiency.

 Ensuring time and cost effective completion of site activities.

 Supervise, monitor and report the progress, cost and efficiency. Ensuring that periodic reports are transmitted to Project Manager.
