PlantCML (division of EADS) is a developer of complex information systems used by state and local governments in a public safety environment. Solutions included internally developed command and control module that was fully integrated with a mobile application provided through a 3rd party relationship. At
installation solution was further interfaced with numerous other applications and information resources in order to provide real-time data and information exchange for users in both a desktop and mobile environment.
PRODUCT AREA BUSINESS MANAGER – IDS
Responsible for creating, executing and delivering business plan and results for IDS product line. Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, development, marketing, information technology, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities. • As Marketing Manager for Custom Solutions organization, led development of strategic plan for a 20-person unit of Software Programmers, Systems Engineers, and Technical Consultants. Mission was to provide rapid responses to urgent needs for significant customers. Annual group revenue grew from $4M to $25M+ within three years.
• Managed Product Marketing group responsible for continuing sales of $400M in products. Directed team to evaluate portfolio of products and carried out promotion and incentive campaigns to increase sales. Worked through direct and indirect sales force to exceed product line forecast for account management products. Revenue growth for this mature product exceeded target goals two consecutive years to a high of $20M+.
