• Led cross functional team for company's first global seat belt retractor for Europe, North America and Asia. Developed global business and technical requirements plan for “cradle to production”.

• Received a US patent (# 5983463) for seat belt mechanism for the 1999 Grand Cherokee program. Engineered and developed this mechanism that was launched successfully in production.

• Led in customer technology presentations and pre-sourcing activity with success in the awarding of both Ford and GM programs.

• Received two Corporate Bronze Awards for program management of 99 Jeep program and for VA / VE yearly savings for the Daimler-Chrysler Business Team.
