Designed and developed new and creative solutions for office systems through the application of Solidworks 3D CAD, based on customer feedback. Created, tested and evaluated product and process changes to increase productivity, quality and reduce cost. Lead the SCR process and complete ECR’s as assigned. Began pursuit of ASMET degree June 2007.
• Completed a total of 1499 Special Customer Request for 2009 with an avg. customer response time of 43 hours, with the goal being 72 hrs. These represented $4.3 million worth of new orders.
• Completed a total of 56 Engineering Change Request’s to reduce cost, simplify processes or improve safety/quality to realize a savings of $393K.
