Duties and Responsibilities
• Pre-construction Phase (Design and Bidding)
o Reviews and interprets architectural, civil, and structural contract documents, drawings and specifications.
o Coordinates with the contractors (bidders) regarding the bid process, bid addenda, and plan queries through issuance of bid bulletins.
o Attends and records regular meetings.
o Assists the construction project manager in handling the over-all supervision of the project procurement schedule.
• Construction Phase
o Conducts daily walkthrough and inspection
o Implements the construction management plan and ensure that contractors comply with the established procedures and instructions.
o Assists the construction project manager and administrative assistant with regards to control of quality records and proper documentations.
o Coordinates with designers, contractors and owners on technical issues by attending regular meetings.
o Handles claims for variation order and ensure timely resolution, approval and execution of such claims.
o Prepares monthly project updates.

• Ensure the timeliness of installation of window and door panels
• Prepare shop drawings for the actual site conditions of masonry and dry wall openings for the door and window panels.

• Occasionally acted as proxy for the Project-in-charge (PIC) in attending the QA/QC meetings conducted by the General Contractor
