Resume:

SUMMARY

Let me introduce myself and my background in manufacturing . I have spent most of the last decade as the Master Scheduler at the companies I have been with. In that capacity I have managed that group coordinating their talents or worked independently to achieve the company’s goals. The product types have varied from large engineered products the size of a car to batched products that would fit in your hand.

I have lead Lean Process implementations and 6S improvements and held positions as Materials Manager, as well as Customer Service, Engineering and Quality positions. This gives me an opportunity to have a very team oriented approach to resolving issues.

I have covered both the build to stock and build to order environments, doing dedicated production lines and creating mixed model sequencing in multi shift (24/7) facilities. This includes using the demonstrated capacity plan for the shop floor combined with the Cost Standard Hours approach to achieve weekly and monthly profit targets.

My formal training has been in designing MRP systems and as an Implementation Manager for those systems; working with all levels plant management thru first line manufacturing personnel across all disciplines. I also have done both the BOM structuring, Routings, as well as the inventory/purchasing set ups in these type systems. If my strengths would make a good addition to your team I look forward to hearing from you.
