Focusing on the underserved small and medium size businesses (SMB), my role is to build a profitable business model offering professional services normally reserved to large corporations with the same skill set, expertise and attention to detail that is priced to be affordable to the SMB owner.
My main focus is on building the brand to reflect a trusted one stop shop for the technology needs of the SMB.
Leveraging both professional and personal relationships to expand the business reach to the client base as well as the network of independent professionals providing the technical knowhow and project delivery.

October 2007 – May 2009 ShoreGroup (Cisco Gold Partner) New York, NY
Engineering Manager
Reporting to the Chief of Operations, I was responsible for $30 Million in yearly revenue generated through project deliveries.
I successfully built-up the “Call Center” (Contact Center) project delivery team to address a new market segment for SG with successful implementations for clients that included Verizon, LabCorp, Moody’s and Maidenform.
I ran the day-to-day operations of project delivery team focused on Cisco Routing, Switching, Security, Wireless, Voice over IP (IPT), Contact Center and Data Center technologies covering resource management, logistics, and current and projected financial standing for fixed cost, T+M and BoH projects.
I developed new processes, policies and standards in line with corporate service delivery objectives resulting in increased billable utilization from 72% to 85%.
I managed my staff’s career development needs through a continuing education curriculum with a rigorous certification track resulting in a 100% increase in CCIEs, 50% increase in CCNPs and a 50% increase in CCNA head count which allowed SG to secure more advanced Cisco partner certifications and propelling us to the lead position of preferred partner for large scale enterprise IPT deployments in the US.
I managed and fostered a close partner relationship with Cisco through my organizational counterparts focused on reviewing and improving both product and process.

Section Head (Network & Telephony Architecture)
Reporting to the Chief of Global Technology Solutions, I managed $12 Million in regular bi-annual global technology budgets plus additional millions in funding triggered by “Global Disaster Response” projects per occurrence such as 2004 Tsunami and 2005 Pakistan earthquake.
I was responsible for the development of global IT solution strategies such as the “Global Service Delivery Plan”, “Emergency Response Telecommunications Strategy” and “One UN Backbone” some of which were the discussion topics by our CIO on such news broadcasts with CNN, ZDNet and industry forums such as the HP Openview Forum and CIO magazines’ CIO 100 Forum.
I developed processes, policies and standards in line with corporate service delivery strategic objectives that were later proposed, approved and adopted by other UN agencies through cross-agency standardization initiatives.
I was entrusted to independently develop, implement prototypes and commission into full production innovative designs such as “Corporate and Guest Wireless”, VoIP (IPT), “Office in a box”, “Quick Deploy” satellite system, “Video Telecom”, “Hybrid PBX” and the individual “Emergency Responder Communications Kit” resulting in improved and expanded service delivery, decreased cost and faster deployment times.
Another portion of my business duties were to regularly author, publish and review various Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) in conjunction with the “Procurement Division” for financial review and acceptance or rejection of said proposals that were globally binding for the organization.
