• Completed the design and development of the Data Quality Tool for British Telecom (BT). Reuters, one of the most important clients of BT, places its orders through this tool, which is an order capturing tool used by BT.

• The DQ Tool, a web based application is developed entirely on the .NET framework, with C# as the backend programming language and ASP.Net used extensively for the frontend. The local repository (Supported by Oracle 9i) contains order related details from various source systems.

• Worked with Oracle 9i database, providing database application enhancement, maintenance and support. Skilled at database languages such as SQL and PL/SQL. Have in-depth knowledge of various version control tools such as VSS and Star Team, which were required for release management. Have also cleared various security policy exams conducted by the client, British Telecom

• Solved various trouble tickets raised on the production and testing environments, adhering to strict service level agreements.
