OBJECTIVE:

Seeking a position manual machinist, manufacturing operator, maintenance mechanic, mold technician, entry level technician, quality assurance inspector in which I could utilize and expand my skills and experience

SUMMARY OF SKILLS:

 Set up and run saw, anneal straighten, engine lathe, O.D Grinder, Vert-Mill and inspection techniques for all operator

 Work from blueprints, engineering drawing, process sheets and sketches

 Analytical with excellent mathematical and problem solving skills

 Safely operating tools and equipment including heavy such as pressing machine 20 ton to 120 ton and promoting safe work environment

 Testing for quality control and in-process testing of production product. Measure dimensions and inspeet manufacutred parts throughout the process (checks and inspects machining operator against specified tolerances)

 Understands how to work with a variety of material (aluminum, plastic and metal)

 Make product by gas and argon welding

 Heat treatment after process as hardening, temper, carburige

 Process surface of products by coating, anodize, zinc

 Ability to work under timelines and pressure as well as excellent communication

EXPERIENCE:

 Trained in mechanical engineering and 20 years of professional experience in supervising

 Working with sheet, tube metal quality inspection and calculate flat patterns

 Understanding of equipment mechanic, weights and measures, basic mathematics

 Works with production engineer and various technical and production professional is a team player

 Read and interpret engineering drawing of sled, all-terrain vehicle (ATV), hospital bed and parts of motorbike

 Have metal and plastic mold experience. Make and repair metal and plastic mold, die casting

 Contribute ideas to the engineering group to improve output and less cost price of product

 Take accoutability for the quality and accuracy of product
