TAC Contact Management / Salespoint / LSI Consultant

Act as the direct contact between the Reynolds & Reynolds Co and the end user.

* Communication Barriers – since the TAC is a call center, I had to learn to how to communicate a solution without visual aids. This required me to understand a palette of verbal cues that could help the caller visually understand what I needed to communicate without being physically present.

* Hot Caller – not every call taken is an enjoyable one. Many calls placed are aggressive and misunderstanding. This part of the job demanded me to remain calm, and pacify the customer and still try to solve their problem while they are not in the best moods to be told what to do.

* Quality Testing – I was given the opportunity to develop & test the next version of the Contact Management software that I support at Reynolds.

* Became the subject matter expert for the Driver’s License Scanner Software.
